The intervention concerns the transformation of an old building with a garden into a hotel business. It was an opportunity to revive an old building that had been abandoned for a long time. Our intent was to maintain the historical and pre-existing elements of the building, despite the needs dictated by the change in use. Through a philological restoration of both the building and the old furniture, we tried to preserve the original atmosphere of the Venetian palace and of its garden.
